Rock-wielding man shot by officer outside Love Field is out of hospital, in jail Tom Steele

The rock-wielding man shot by a police officer outside Dallas Love Field last week has been released from the hospital and is in jail.

Shawn Diamond, 29, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Monday afternoon. He is being held without bail on charges of aggravated assault against a public servant and assault — family violence.
