Police find teen shot at Oak Cliff party; witnesses claim cop did it Liz Farmer
A 17-year-old boy was shot outside a southeast Oak Cliff community center while police were responding to a disturbance call where hundreds of teenagers were partying late Friday night.
Teenage witnesses later claimed the victim was shot by one of the initial responding officers on the scene, but Dallas police said the Special Investigations Unit responded and no physical evidence has been found to support the claim.
