Dallas police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman at her Lake Highlands apartment on Monday.
On Feb. 8, police said a woman entered her apartment in the 7300 block of Skillman Street, near Walnut Hill Lane, where she found a man inside wearing a black hoodie, black pants, gloves and a mask.
