Police investigating after man, 22, found fatally shot in East Oak Cliff Naheed Rajwani
Police are investigating after a 22-year-old man was found fatally shot outside his East Oak Cliff apartment Friday afternoon.
About 4:20 p.m., police said, one of Kydell Hoye’s relatives found his body near an apartment in the 3100 block of Utah Avenue, police said. He had apparently been shot.
Police said they were investigating the shooting, but did not have anyone in custody as of Saturday afternoon.
