Former Texas A&M and Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is scheduled to appear in a Dallas courtroom Thursday, a day after posting bond in his domestic violence case.
Manziel turned himself in and posted $1,500 bond in Highland Park on Wednesday on a misdemeanor connected to an assault on his ex-girlfriend. Police also took his mugshot.
Judge Roberto Cañas, who mainly handles family violence cases, is expected to tell Manziel on Thursday what he can’t do while free on bond. The court hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m.
