Ex-Texas deputy convicted in apparent road rage shooting Liz Farmer

HOUSTON (AP) — A former reserve deputy constable in Texas has been found guilty in the shooting of another motorist during an apparent road rage incident while he was off duty.
Thirty-five-year-old Kenneth Caplan was convicted of aggravated assault Thursday. The punishment phase of the case is underway.
