A Mexican man accused of kidnapping, raping and fatally shooting a 17-year-old boy was deported to his country last week, immigration officials in Dallas said.
Benito Alvarez-Gonzalez, 31, was deported from the U.S. two years ago but re-entered the country illegally and was living in Dallas, according to a news release issued this week by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
