Daniel Wayne Staley, who confessed in 2010 to digging up and cutting a foot from a corpse in a Dallas cemetery, was detained by Fort Worth police and hospitalized on Dec. 24 after texting a crisis hotline that he planned to kill and dismember a female, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
