DPS investigators find underground marijuana crop while serving search warrant at Arlington home Julie Fancher
Officials serving a search warrant at an Arlington home Tuesday morning were in for quite the surprise when they uncovered an illegal underground marijuana crop in the backyard.
Tri Vo, 31, and Jlicia Perry, 26, face a charge of cargo theft, said Sgt. Lonny Haschel, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety. But both could face additional charges. They will be transported to the Tarrant County Jail.
