Power blinks after early-morning crash in North Oak Cliff Scott Farwell
Several homes lost power early Thanksgiving morning after a vehicle careened off a road in North Oak Cliff and nearly struck a house.
Dallas Police said the red truck crashed into a utility pole and a fence in the 900 block of West Clarendon Drive about 3 a.m. Residents at the home said two people in the vehicle called for help and were picked up shortly after the accident.
Oncor officials said 21 customers were without power as of 5:15 a.m.
