A Hutchins man was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of producing child pornography, officials said Monday.

Hutchins police contacted the FBI in May about an online conversation between an 11-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, said U.S. Attorney Sarah R. Saldaña of the Northern District of Texas.
