Grapevine police are investigating a sexual assault “involving” Dallas Cowboys player C.J. Spillman.

On Sept. 20, Grapevine police received a report about the incident that allegedly occurred at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, said police Sgt. Robert Eberling.

No formal charges have been filed and no arrests have been made.

Spillman is a safety and special team member for the Cowboys.
