Three SWAT officers who shot and killed a bipolar man during a standoff in Colleyville last December will not be prosecuted, the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office announced today.

A grand jury on Wednesday declined to indict the officers, whose names were not released because they were not jailed or charged in the case, according to a news release.
