A 49-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a 67-year-old woman and squeezing her to death, Fort Worth police say.

Miguel Pierda was booked into Mansfield Jail Wednesday morning and charged with capital murder.

Police found the woman deceased and partially nude in the 1200 block of Atkins Street on Sunday. Police did not release the woman’s name Thursday, but said she lived in a group home for mental health patients.
