Person of interest in slaying of Rowlett bride-to-be is arrested in Florida Tom Steele
Jesus Emmanuel Trevino, a person of interest in the November slaying of a Rowlett police volunteer, was arrested Friday in Florida.
U.S. Marshals arrested Trevino, 30, at a vacant home in Clearwater, Fla., on a warrant out of Dallas for failing to register as a sex offender, Rowlett police said. He was being held in the Pinellas County Jail.
