A man fatally shot a 17-year-old and injured at least one other person who were allegedly burglarizing his West Dallas house overnight.
The homeowner told police he received a cell phone notification from his security system alerting him that there were intruders in his house while he wasn’t inside. He said he drove back to his house in the 2400 block of Bickers Street and confronted three people who were leaving with his property out the back door.
