Fort Hood soldier arrested in assault of female soldier at party Hannah Wise
Police arrested a Fort Hood soldier this week in the assault of a female soldier from his unit, and a second man was charged Thursday.
Spc. Jacob Avila and Lucas Curtis attacked Pvt. Melissa Centeno at a party Sunday attended by other members of their unit at Avila’s home not far from Fort Hood, Copperas Cove police said in an arrest affidavit.
