Driver in West Dallas crash that killed 3 children charged with 3 counts of manslaughter Tom Steele
The man accused in a high-speed West Dallas crash that killed three children last week was charged with three counts of manslaughter Thursday.
Xavier Mandell Taylor, 23, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Thursday morning and was being held on $300,000 bail.
Taylor also has several outstanding warrants in Dallas, Garland and Plano.
