Car burglary suspect shoots apartment resident after confrontation in Far Northeast Dallas, police say Naheed Rajwani
Two people who appeared to be breaking into a car in far northeast Dallas shot a man who tried to thwart the attempted burglary, police say.
About 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, police found the 41-year-old victim with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 9900 block of Adleta Boulevard.
The man said he’d parked in the lot and saw two people peering into a car as if they were going to break into it, police said.
