Video shows suspect stealing woman’s purse while she was fueling car in Allen Valerie Wigglesworth
Allen Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the suspects involved in stealing a woman’s purse on Wednesday while she was fueling her car.
Police say this is the third such incident in Allen in the past two days.
