Search party of 200 helps rescue disabled Fort Worth woman who was kidnapped, raped Claire Ballor
A 23-year-old woman with mental disabilities who went missing Tuesday in Fort Worth, was found locked inside a man’s apartment Wednesday after 200 residents joined in a search for her, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

The woman went to buy snacks at a store just a short walk from her home when she went missing, her mother told the newspaper. She was found 15 hours later in Dwayne Rusk’s Fort Worth apartment where she told police he had sexually assaulted her.
Rusk, 27, was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault and kidnapping, according to jail records.
Police say they had to keep the search party from attacking Rusk when the woman was found in his apartment.
