A Fort Worth man was hospitalized after he was badly beaten and burned at his apartment Thursday morning.

The victim, whose name was not released, was found about 9:30 a.m. in the 4700 block of Norma Street. He was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said the victim knew his attacker, who was arrested. The suspect’s name was not released, and police did not provide details about what led to the attack.
