A man was shot in the chest after someone fired several rounds at his west Oak Cliff house, police said.

The man was lying in bed about 1 a.m. when someone drove by and shot at the house in the 2700 block of Falls Drive, between South Westmoreland and South Hampton roads. Bullets went through the bedroom window striking the man, police said. The man was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Police have no suspects in custody.
