A grand jury declined to indict a Duncanville police officer who fatally shot a man during a foot chase in 2013, an attorney said Thursday.

Two officers responded to a disturbance call Oct. 28 at 8:25 a.m. in the 400 block of Kelly Court near Wheatland Road. During a foot chase with 28-year-old Clinton Peterson, one of the officers fatally shot Peterson.
