Kidnapping suspect arrested, woman and child safe after Arlington chase Claire Ballor

A kidnapping suspect was arrested Wednesday morning after leading police on a chase through Arlington and Grand Prairie with his ex and her child in tow, authorities said.
The woman and child are safe and unharmed, police said.
