Dallas police are investigating whether the same man exposed himself to women in the Red Bird area twice last month.

The first indecent exposure was reported on May 19. About 10 a.m., police say, a man followed a woman from the parking lot of the Cielo Ranch Apartments at 3829 Gannon Lane to the Hickory Ranch Apartments across the street.
